FleXO

Do you dream of doing the splits and beautiful backbends? FleXO will help you achieve all your flexy goals - being more flexible will help you to achieve advanced pole tricks and become a better dancer! Using traditional contortion techniques, build up your active flexibility safely and improve week-to-week.

XOFit

This class will be divided into two parts. First part is a high energy cardio workout that makes you sweat and feel fun. Second part focuses on exercises pertaining to your upper or lower body which includes intense exercises with body weights and resistance. Let’s redefine fatigue and build a consistent way to challenge your muscular endurance and strength.

Contortion

This class will introduce ways to enhance your flexibility and mobility. We aim to combine passive and active stretching exercises to strengthen what you stretch. We will ask focus on improving your active mobility, which is much needed in pole dancing skills.

Basic stretching skills such as splits, wheels, shoulders stretch and back strengthening will be covered in the class. The exercises are open to all levels of dancers, modifications will be given to suit specific needs.
