
Level Classes
Our courses are designed to be repeated, so don’t stress about levelling up!
There will be a range tricks within the same level which will be different from term to term, so feel free to stay in the same level until you feel confident to take on the next one. Your instructor can give you suggestions about which level you are suitable for.
Pole Intro
Suitable for pure beginners with no experience necessary! Introducing you to the most basic and fundamental tricks and techniques of pole dancing. We will be combining simple choreography and tricks in this class - perfect for you to start getting into pole!
We suggest students to take Pole Intro at least two times before getting in Pole 1 in order to know all the basic pole tricks.

4-week course
Pole 1
So you’ve mastered the basics, and now you’re ready for more! In this class we will continue building up a strong foundation for further pole dancing tricks and techniques and start working on inversions. We will be getting comfortable upside-down doing basic inverts, laybacks and headstands (with the pole).

Prerequisite: Completed Pole Intro.
Able to do Chair, Sit, Cradle, Fairy, Backward Fairy, Fireman, Basic Climb, Diamond roll.
Pole 2 Prep
Pole 2 Prep is the bridging course between Pole 1 and Pole 2, designed to help you build the strength, control, and confidence needed for more advanced tricks. It’s perfect for students who have completed Pole 1 or can invert from the ground, and want a solid foundation before moving into Pole 2.
In this course, we’ll focus on controlling spins, building strength, and starting aerial inverts—all essential skills to help you feel strong and ready for what’s next. Pole 2 Prep is your step up—supportive, empowering, and here to help you thrive!
The tricks that will be covered include:
- Aerial invert, crucifix
- Crossed and straight leg layback
- Elbow stand kick up, press, dismount from layback
- Opening leg cradle revision
Highly recommend taking Pole 2 Prep before Pole 2

4-week course, no showcase week
Prerequisite: Able to invert from the floor, crossed- leg layback.
Pole 2
Now that you’ve built a solid foundation in Pole 2 Prep, it’s time to level up! In this course, we’ll refine the skills you’ve learned and introduce classic but challenging tricks like leg hang switches, ballerina, and pole-assisted handstands.
We strongly recommend taking this course after successfully completing Pole 2 Prep—it’s the perfect next step to keep progressing with confidence!

Prerequisite: Able to aerial invert, crucifix, crossed/ straight-leg layback/ elbow stand.
Pole 3 Prep
Pole 3 Prep is designed for students who have completed Pole 2 or are able to perform an aerial invert.
Before moving straight into Pole 3, we highly recommend taking this class first—it will help you build the strength, technique, and confidence needed to thrive in the next level. Think of it as your best prep to level up and shine!
The tricks following will be covered:
- Different ways of invert: aerial invert (both sides), candy, shoulder mount.
- Basic static v, Venus, starfish
- Brass monkey

Prerequisite:
- Completed Pole 2
- Able to do aerial invert, leg hangs, crossed/ straight- leg layback, handstand.
Pole 3
Now you’re getting ready to fly! Learn how to chain together different tricks up on the pole into longer combos, build strength and stamina while doing so. We will be covering classic Intermediate+ tricks such as static V, butterfly & some split tricks!

Prerequisite:
-Completed Pole 2 prep or
-Able to Aerial invert plus leg hangs (both sides) to handstand, basic static V
Pole Pro
If you are looking for an advanced-level pole class, Pole Pro is here to provide you a challenging experience which combines high-level combos and pole choreography in one routine.

Prerequisite: Able to do Aerial Brass monkey, butterfly and static v, Handspring.
Exotic Elite
This class will challenge and prepare you to be competition and stage-ready - master spinning & static combos, as well as dancing advanced level choreography and floorwork tricks, plus character and acting skills all in one routine.
