Do I have to be fit/strong to start poledancing?
我是否要很健美才可以開始學鋼管舞嗎?

No! We all have to start somewhere :) You do not need to have a particular level of fitness or strength to start poledancing. Your strength and fitness will naturally build up the more you dance!

當然不用! 我們每個人都從不同的時候開始學習鋼管舞:)您亦無需具備特定水平的身形或力量,便可開始學習。 當你練習得越多,您的身形和力量就會自然地變好以及增強!

Are there any classes on public holidays/bad weather conditions?
公眾假期/惡劣天氣下,課堂會如常進行嗎?

Classes will run as usual on public holidays.

If Typhoon 8 signal or Black Rainstorm signal is hoisted 2 hours before class time, classes will be cancelled. There will not be make-up classes organized for classes cancelled due to weather conditions.

在公共假期,課堂將照常進行。 如果在上課前2小時懸掛了8號颱風信號或黑色暴雨信號,該課堂將會被取消。 因天氣原因取消課堂時,將不會安排補課。

 

Can I try a class before signing up for a course?

Yes, we run trial classes throughout the term. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram or sign up to our mailing list to get the most updated information on trial classes!

What are the benefits of poledancing?
跳鋼管舞有什麼好處?

There are many physical benefits of poledancing - you will get stronger, fitter and more flexible - but even more powerful are the mental benefits. You will learn to push yourself to your limits and increase your confidence, and you will be immersed in a strong and supportive community!

鋼管舞對我們有很多身體上的好處 - 您會變得更強壯,更健康,更柔軟 - 而且我們應為 對心理上的好處會更加強大。 您將學習到將自己推向身體的極限並增加自信。

What do I need to prepare for my first class?
上課前需要做什麼準備嗎?

Come 10-15 minutes before class so you have time to sign in and get changed. Wear something you are comfortable exercising in. You will need to use your skin to grip the pole so wear shorts + tank top/sports bra and remember not to put on any lotion before class!

How many classes should I take?
我應該報讀多少課堂?

All our courses are held once a week. To progress in pole, we would recommend to take at least 1 class per week (beginners) + come to our practice times to make sure you can nail everything you learned in class!

我們所有的課程每週舉行一次。 我們建議每周至少上一節課(初學者)以及參加我們的課外練習時間,以確保您可以掌握和練習到在課堂上學到的一切!

Do I have to wear heels in class?
上課必須穿高跟鞋嗎?

It’s up to you :) Most of our exotic classes are taught in heels, as heel technique is a key component of this style. However, we encourage you to wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing in class!

I can’t make it to class every week, can I still sign up for a course?
我不能每週定期上課,還可以報名參加課程嗎?

Yes, if you are not able to attend your lesson, you are able to catch-up in a different class (as long as it has space). Please cancel your class with 4 hours advance notice through DanceStudio Pro to be eligible for a catch-up class.
可以的,如果您無法參加部份您原本已報讀的課堂,您可以於其餘課堂進行補課(只要有空位)。 請透過DanceStudio Pro在上課前4小時取消您的課程,以便有資格參加補課。
